Our 2018 Alumni Scholarship Application deadline has been extended to May 11th! As we continue to have growth and success in our Middle School, this spring will mark our seventh 8th Grade Graduation but the 38th year as a school. Many of those students are currently preparing for post secondary education. With pride and a sense of familial support, we will be awarding two $1,000 Scholarships to graduating High School Seniors who attended World Academy any time in the past 38 years. The PTO is hosting the Annual Staff Appreciation Luncheon on April 20th. As the end of our school year fast approaches, our teachers and administrative staff continue with their dedicated support of our children, and as such, we wish to recognize them by providing a grand luncheon. This year’s theme is an "Around the World Buffet". Together we can embrace the cultural diversity of our school and try new ethnic foods! Volunteers are needed to donate food items, bake delicious family, ethnic dishes and to set up, serve, and clean up.Read More

Life is so busy that we rarely have time to connect with those in our World Academy community, aside from a quick passing in the hall. Please join us for a night of fellowship and laughs at our Comedy Night/Annual Auction tentatively planned for Friday, May 11th. In addition to building camaraderie, funds raised at this year’s event will first support the new phase of Robotics to be embedded into our curriculum for all ages and stages, and secondarily, will replenish scholarships and tuition assistance funds.Read More
