Beverly Rose

Principal

Beverly joined the World Academy community in 2021 as our new Co-Principal.  She has been excited to work, alongside our Administrative Team, with our student body, their families, and our teachers to achieve an environment where everyone feels valued.

A graduate of Western Governors University with a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, Beverly holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Washington University with a focus on Social Studies, and is certified as a Teacher and Principal through the New Hampshire Department of Education. She comes to us with several years of teaching and administrative experience in Utah.

Beverly grew up in a small community in eastern Washington state and moved to Utah twenty-two years ago when her husband, Tony, was relocated during his time in the Air Force. They visited New Hampshire and decided they wanted to begin their journey as empty nesters here.  She enjoys backpacking, hiking, paddleboarding, and working in the yard and has recently become a puppy parent of two Golden Doodles, Ollie and Andie, each appropriately named after her two children.

Mrs. Rose values the gift of education, and understands not all students walk through the doors with the drive and determination to be academically successful. However, she believes all students have the ability to learn and understands the impact a teacher can have on a student when a trusting relationship is built. Students can achieve multitudes when they have the support of a teacher behind them to help them through their educational career. Supporting the home/school bond is essential.  Beverly is looking forward to continuing to create strong connections and bonds at World Academy with both students and teachers alike as our current Principal.
