Substitute Teacher

Delaney Power joined the World Academy family in September 2025 and is enthusiastic about creating an engaging learning environment where all students can succeed. She has a passion for promoting a dynamic classroom where every student feels supported and inspired to achieve their full potential. She has her Early Childhood Emerging Professional Certification and is looking forward to upcoming college courses to further her career in Early Childhood Education. 

Beyond the classroom, Delaney enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her family and friends. She loves the summer, swimming in the pool, and cookouts in her hometown backyard of Hudson, NH. Delaney has grown up in the Nashua community and is happy to contribute to the local climate and culture. 

Delaney’s teaching philosophy centers on encouraging critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration through engaging and innovative lesson designs. She believes watching a child grow and develop is a privilege to be a part of. As a substitute teacher, Delaney hopes to make every student feel valued, embraced, and motivated. She hopes to ignite curiosity and cultivate a lifelong love of learning.
