Team Leader - Preschool Threes Teacher

Erin King has been teaching at World Academy since 2010. She received her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education at Nashua Community College

Erin lives in Litchfield, NH with her wife, Jess and three cats, Weston, Braxton and Annie. She loves spending time outdoors and being surrounded by friends and family. Her favorite season is fall and loves to do everything related to the season.

Erin believes that each child is a unique individual who develops at his/her own pace. “We should strive to provide culturally, linguistically, and developmentally appropriate practices that focus on the process of learning and helping children enjoy successful experiences. I believe that a stable, safe, comfortable and culturally relevant environment is crucial to a child’s physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and creative growth.”
