Erin Seguin

Upper Elementary Teacher/SummerQuest Camp Director

Erin Seguin has been a member of the World Academy community since 2001. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science. She maintains Kindergarten through Eighth Grade NH Teacher Certification with Highly Qualified Teacher Status. In addition, she holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership with a School Administration concentration from Southern NH University.

Mrs. Seguin grew up in Nashua where she resides with her husband, Michael, and their son, Owen. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, the beach, shopping, reading, baking and trying new recipes in the kitchen!

Erin’s educational philosophy is based on four main concepts: respect, honesty, fairness and the needs of her students. “I believe that everyone deserves respect. Since every student is unique, I base my classroom on fairness and individualized curriculum. I love getting to know my students and strive to provide them with an engaging meaningful educational experience. This philosophy enables me to make a difference in the lives of each of my students.” Mrs. Seguin feels that her philosophy of education reflects who she is…Teaching is not just her job…it is her passion!
