Hillary’s philosophy of education is that all children are unique and must have a stimulating and positive educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. “I believe that it is important to vary and differentiate instruction to create opportunities for students to engage in a variety of learning experiences that allow them to reach their fullest well-rounded potential. Creating a learning environment where the needs of all students are met is essential to an engaging, positive, and successful learning experience. As an educator, I think it is important to supply students with a curriculum that is varied and will evolve with student interest. I believe that communication with families is essential to each student’s learning experience and that it creates the opportunity for a positive and supportive relationship between home and school.” In summary, Hillary wants to foster a supportive learning environment that allows each of her students to reach his/her greatest potential and to pursue each’s dream!
