Toddler Teacher

Taylor Martel is excited to begin her journey as an educator at World Academy this school year. As both a preschool and kindergarten alumnus of World Academy, returning to the school as a teacher is a special full-circle moment for her. Taylor is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, where she earned a BA in English Language and Literature as well as an MFA in Fiction Writing. She is currently working toward her Lead Teacher Certification through Nashua Community College.

A lifelong New Hampshire resident, Taylor grew up in the area and currently lives in Nashua, NH. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, writing, and traveling to new places. She especially loves discovering books by new and emerging authors, particularly those local to New England.

Taylor believes that every child is capable of achieving what they set their minds to. As a teacher, her goal is to facilitate, support, and nurture students as they work toward their goals and reach important milestones. She values play and discovery as powerful tools for learning and is dedicated to creating engaging, enjoyable learning opportunities throughout the school day. Taylor strives to maintain a warm, welcoming classroom environment that fosters growth, encourages healthy challenges, and supports students in becoming both confident learners and compassionate individuals.
