Lillian strongly believes that all children learn best when they feel loved and safe. She aims to show love for her students, making her students feel accepted and cherished. Lillian also aims to meet each individual child’s needs in her teaching and how she sets up and runs a learning environment. She wants to spark a love of learning and a curiosity to study the world that will follow her students until adulthood. Lillian believes that having strong communication and working as a partner with families yields the best results for her students. Lillian loves to teach because she knows the importance of the young years and believes every day, teaching with love is a major investment in the future generation; each student that loves to learn will better the world tomorrow.
