Olivia Curry has been employed by World Academy since March 2018. She is currently still working towards her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education at Nashua Community College. She has been working in the ECE field for the past 10 years.
Olivia is a resident of Milford NH, where she lives with her fiance, Sheila, and their 3 cats, Lucy, Finn, and Molly. Some of her favorite activities include spending time with her niece, Dylan; hiking; reading; and exploring different cities.
"I believe that children need a structured and interactive learning environment. Younger children learn, mainly, from hands-on materials and being able to explore the world through their five senses. Every child is an individual who has his/her own set of needs that are specific, and it is imperative to care for each individual child according to his/her own unique needs. It is also our responsibility and privilege as teachers and caregivers to provide children with a safe, nurturing, and interactive learning environment, with school being the haven they can go to when away from home. It is always important to remember that we are raising and teaching the next generation, so it is our duty to bring them up in the best possible way."
Olivia joined the World Academy community in 2018.
