Lower Elementary Teacher - Grade 2, SummerQuest Camp Counselor

Celeste Ronning joined World Academy in 2023 and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Mandarin. She holds a Kindergarten through Sixth Grade New Hampshire Teacher Certification and will complete her Master’s Degree in English and Creative Writing in November 2026. She has team-taught Fourth Grade with Mrs.Erin Seguin for three years and is very excited for the opportunity to teach Second Grade!

Celeste grew up in Norwich, CT, and lives in Nashua, NH with her fiancé, Kyle, and their cat, Biscuits. She enjoys reading, listening to music, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and spending time with friends and family.

Miss Ronning firmly believes that fostering genuine relationships with students helps them want to engage in their learning. “Without knowing and understanding the hearts of my students, I cannot attract their minds and encourage them to be lifelong learners”, says Celeste. Inside the classroom, she is excited to foster positive peer relationships through group collaborations, as well as to teach with hands-on activities. Celeste genuinely loves being an educator and hopes to grow alongside her students in the upcoming school years.
