Margaret Allard

Lower Elementary Teacher - Kindergarten

Margaret Allard joined World Academy in 2026 as a Kindergarten teacher.  She is a graduate of Notre Dame College with a Bachelor’s Degree in K-8 Education and is currently working toward an additional Early Childhood/Special Education Certification.

Mrs. Allard is the proud mom of two grown sons, Alex who is employed by the U.S. Post Office, and Eric, who is a Firefighter/EMT working toward becoming a Paramedic. She loves reading, taking walks with her Shih Tzu, Maya, and spending time with family and friends.

With 13 years of experience teaching, Margaret brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and a passion for helping young learners thrive. Margaret has been teaching in the Manchester School District for the last 4 years. She also has experience working with Title One and Child Find students which has given her deep insights into empathy and compassion for every student.  Her philosophy embodies “teaching kindness, and I love  seeing the children engaged in an activity, while having fun, and learning! As an Educator I thrive seeing children blossom as they grow, learn, and discover the world around them.  Witnessing their confidence, curiosity, and unique personalities develop is one of the most rewarding parts of my work in Elementary Education.” 

We are so excited to have her join Jamie Kelley to round out our awesome Kindergarten team!
