Kyla Goulet

Older Infant Teacher

Kyla joined World Academy in 2026 as an Older Infant Teacher. She earned her Associate of Science degree with a specialization in Medical Assisting from Manchester Community College in New Hampshire. Kyla brings a diverse background in both healthcare and education, having spent the past year teaching in a toddler classroom and four years at Pelham Elementary School as both a Paraprofessional and General Instructional Assistant. Prior to her career in education, she worked for 10 years as a pediatric medical assistant. Her experiences in both fields have strengthened her passion for nurturing and supporting children during their earliest years of development.

Kyla lives in Nashua with her fiancé, Greg, her daughter, Hailey, her son, Cameron, and their Golden Retriever, Ranger. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, listening to music, playing board and card games, creating diamond art, visiting the beach, and taking Ranger for walks. She values making meaningful memories with the people she loves and appreciates the joy found in everyday moments.

As an educator, Kyla believes the early years are filled with endless opportunities for learning and discovery. She believes children learn best through play, hands-on experiences, books, music, and movement. Understanding that every child learns in their own unique way, she is committed to meeting each child where they are and supporting their individual needs. One of the most rewarding aspects of teaching for Kyla is watching children reach new milestones and seeing them apply the skills they have been developing. Above all, she strives to create a classroom filled with love, patience, and encouragement, where every child feels safe, valued, and cared for. She takes pride in being a nurturing presence who helps children build confidence while making learning engaging, meaningful, and fun.
