She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, discovering new places, and learning about different cultures. She especially values time with family and friends and feels very fortunate to have experienced life in several different communities and cultures, which has shaped the way she connects with others.
Lilia believes that children learn best when they feel safe, respected, encouraged, and genuinely cared for. She strives to create a classroom environment where every child feels seen and valued and where curiosity, kindness, and a love of learning are encouraged. Lilia enjoys creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences and building positive relationships with her students. She believes that getting to know each child, their interests, strengths, and individual ways of learning, is an important part of helping them grow and feel confident. She is grateful for the opportunity to join the World Academy community and looks forward to getting to know the students, families, and staff throughout the school year.
