A Message From Our Leaders – January 14, 2022

Dear Wonderful Families,

We have celebrated the upcoming birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in many ways over the years. Personally, we felt it better to keep the kids in school and have workshops and special presentations to make it a more informative day. However, most families have their own special plans for the day, so we agreed to fully support how each will be celebrating Dr. King. Today we had our own special programs, in developmentally appropriate fashion, for each age level. Our Guidance Department has been excitedly preparing for these programs for a while and we will report on the wonderful happenings in next week’s  Coordinates.

It is an ideal time to promote respect, tolerance, compassion, equity and inclusion and we would appreciate it if you would share some pictures and descriptions of your special events, so we can share them with our entire school community. Many thanks!
