Weekly Update From World Academy – April 30, 2021

Dear Wonderful Families,

It’s been a week of fun for children in our April Vacation program as they traveled ‘Around the World’ and explored cultures and traditions from different countries from Canada to Japan!

For those who literally traveled, we look forward to welcoming your family back next week, after following proper protocols. ALL must provide a negative PCR test if you traveled on public transportation, spent time on a cruise, spent time among crowds and are not vaccinated.

Thank you for your cooperation with this request made in the interest of caution to keep our school family and community safe.

As we’ve shared in previous week’s covid news updates, we have slowly been allowing parents to pick up in the building, outside of the classroom. We’re seeing that this process is going well and we intend to add one class per week with the goal of resuming parent drop-off and pick-up at the start of summer camp. However, we will continue to monitor the traffic in the building and make adjustments if needed. 

We’re in the process of revising our protocols for summer and will share details with families in the coming weeks.
