Weekly Update From World Academy – December 10, 2021

Dear Wonderful and GENEROUS Families,

It always seems the case that no matter what is asked of us, our community willingly provides – from food pantry drives to Holiday Giving trees. This year is no exception. It is a little harder to respond to needs when you can’t actually take a ticket off of our Giving Tree and it is reduced to Sign-up Genius; however, that did not get in the way of our families providing for all of the vetted Giving Tree Families in need.  

There are no words to thank you all for your generosity and for being exceptional role models to our students for compassion and caring. (Teddy and Annie Davis’ mom actually donated cash to take care of the last few items left, even after donating!!!) With this kind of giving culture and respect for the dignity of the human spirit, it is easy to understand how blessed we are to have a climate and culture at World Academy through which our children thrive and flourish. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and whatever holidays you celebrate, we wish you joy and peace!
