FACTS (formerly RenWeb) & Parent Portal

Our school management system is called FACTS and it offers a vast array of opportunities to support safety, maintain data, improve communication and create more efficient student and staff schedules, to name a few.

Our ECE and K-8 families have access to a Parent Portal via the internet or the FACTS app*. Parent Portal is a private and secure parents’ portal that allows parents to view information specific to their child while protecting their child’s information from others. Using this portal, parents may view the school calendar, menus, school announcements, teacher email addresses, class information, as well as other useful school information. Starting in Elementary, homework will be available through the platform, and beginning in Middle School, further academic information will be provided including grades, report cards, and homework. This will also be the place to order school lunch for our Kindergarten through Eighth Grade students. FACTS is a great way to keep the lines of communication open between home and school. Parents can also use this platform to connect digitally with teachers and other school staff, through email, whenever necessary.
