ECE Director

Angela serves as Co-Director of Early Childhood Education at World Academy, with a focus on family engagement, program development, and maintaining excellence throughout the Early Childhood program. She oversees program quality, licensing, accreditation, and continuous program improvement while ensuring the school’s practices reflect current research and best practices in Early Childhood Education. Angela works closely with teachers to support their professional growth through coaching, mentoring, and collaborative planning, while partnering with families to build strong, trusting relationships that support each child’s development. She values World Academy’s unwavering commitment to high-quality Early Childhood Education and believes its collaborative culture empowers educators to continuously grow, innovate, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families. She is passionate about fostering a school community where children, families, and educators all feel valued, connected, and inspired to learn together.

Angela earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Child Development and a minor in Elementary Education from the University of New Hampshire. She joined World Academy in 2011 as a Lead Toddler Teacher before becoming a member of the Administrative Team in 2016. She currently serves on World Academy’s Early Childhood Professional Committee and NEASC Committee, is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), and serves on the Advisory Board for Nashua Community College’s Early Childhood Education Program, where she helps guide the education and preparation of future early childhood educators.

Originally from Nashua, Angela returned to Southern New Hampshire in 2011 after living throughout the state. She now lives in Milford with her husband, John, and their two sons, George and Russell, who both attend World Academy.

“I believe a child’s education, development, and love of learning begins with the passion, knowledge, and dedication of the people who guide them – family, teachers, coaches, and the community around them. As an educator, I strive to understand each child’s unique strengths and needs so I can create an environment where they feel safe, confident, and inspired to learn.

I believe every child deserves opportunities to build confidence, develop respect for themselves and others, and discover a genuine love of learning through meaningful, developmentally appropriate experiences. When children experience success, they begin to see themselves as capable learners, giving them the confidence to take risks, embrace challenges, and continue growing.

I also believe children learn as much from who we are as what we teach. It is my responsibility to model kindness, empathy, and integrity each day while creating opportunities that spark curiosity, encourage exploration, and inspire children to think, question, and discover. By sharing my own enthusiasm for learning, I hope to instill a lifelong love of learning that extends well beyond the classroom.” She is truly a role model for Early Childhood Education!
