Executive Administrative Assistant

Brooke joined World Academy in 2006 as our Front Desk Receptionist and has steadily grown into her current role as Executive Administrative Assistant, having also served as Office Manager. With a background in Early Childhood Education and Business Management, Brooke brings a unique blend of warmth, professionalism, and operational insight to her work—finding fulfillment in the intersection of supporting school leadership and serving the broader school community.

As an integral leader at World Academy, Brooke supports both the Head of School and the President, ensuring that high-level operations run smoothly while also overseeing essential aspects of daily campus life. She supervises the front desk and kitchen teams, manages substitute coordination and staff needs, and leads emergency management planning for the school. Known for her organizational expertise, problem-solving skills, and deep commitment to school culture, Brooke plays a central role in maintaining a positive, responsive, and well-organized environment for students, faculty, and families alike.

Originally from Vermont, she resides in Merrimack, NH with her two daughters…Ava, a recent graduate of our school and Leigha who is a  current student of World Academy. When she is not in the office, she enjoys time with her family and friends, traveling, beach trips and golfing. She truly keeps our “World” turning!
