“As an administrator and educator, I wish to provide a warm, welcoming environment for both students and families. I believe in
an open door policy in which families can share ideas and reflect on their child’s learning experience. I thrive on children’s successes. Each child is unique and learns at his/her own pace. I support classrooms that are set up with endless opportunities for children to explore, learn and grow. I believe that children should be given hands-on learning experiences where they are engaged and can work cooperatively with one another. I am constantly thinking of new, inventive ideas that I can incorporate into our programs to ensure curiosity. I love seeing children being passionate about learning.”
