Kim Trill

Middle School Teacher

Kimberly Trill is thrilled to be in her second year on the World Academy team as a Math and Science Middle School teacher. She is a graduate of Keene State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Sociology. She holds a Kindergarten through Eighth grade NH Teacher Certification with Highly Qualified Teacher Status.

Mrs. Trill grew up and currently lives in Merrimack, NH, with her husband Luke, and three children, Liam, Vanessa, and Isabella. When she is not at school, she is spending time with family and friends, gardening, exploring the outdoors, hiking, biking, or cheering her children on in soccer.

Throughout her 17 years of teaching, Kimberly has gained experience in a variety of educational settings, including both public and private schools, as well as urban and suburban environments. She has taught higher level Science, Math, and ELA in middle school for many years, locally and in Massachusetts and Florida. One of Kimberly’s strengths is her ability to create a safe and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected, and supported. She believes that every student deserves an equal opportunity to learn and succeed and in order to do so it is important to teach the “whole child”. Kimberly has developed a diverse skill set that allows her to effectively cater to the needs of students with various learning styles and abilities in the areas of Language Arts, Math, and Science. She is adept at creating engaging lesson plans that incorporate innovative instructional strategies, technology integration, and real-world applications to make learning relevant and exciting. She had a fabulous year last year and we are excited to see the joy of learning she brings this year.
