Tracy Gerner

Preschool 4 Support Teacher

Tracy Gerner joined the World Academy family in 2025 as a Preschool 4/EK Support Teacher. Tracy earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Assumption College in Worcester, MA. She also holds certifications in both early childhood education and elementary education.

Tracy was born and raised in Massachusetts and moved to southern New Hampshire in 2019. She has two lovely daughters, Julienne and Alyssa, who are her greatest accomplishments. Tracy treasures time spent with her daughters, extended family, and dear friends. In her free time, she enjoys trying new recipes in the kitchen, walking her love bug of a pup—Buckley, a long-haired Chihuahua—reading a good book, and stargazing on clear evenings.

Tracy believes young children learn best by doing and values providing plenty of opportunities for children to explore the world using all of their senses. She understands that children thrive in loving, safe, and supportive environments led by teachers who truly exude a joy of learning.
