Yamini Panicker

Toddler Teacher

Yamini has been working in childcare since 2021. She joined World Academy in 2023 as a full-time substitute teacher, later became a Toddler Support Teacher, and since 2024, she has been serving as a Lead Toddler Teacher.

Yamini holds Lead Teacher Certification in Early Childhood Education from Manchester Community College. She grew up in India and also holds a master’s degree in Finance and Accounting. She currently lives in Nashua, NH, with her husband and their son, Dhruv. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, listening to music, and spending time with her family and friends.

Yamini believes that every child is unique and deserves the opportunity to learn, be respected, and feel loved. She understands that children grow and learn through their own experiences by exploring their environment and interacting with the people around them. These experiences help children build confidence, make independent choices, and develop important lifelong skills. As an educator, Yamini is committed to creating a warm, safe, and positive environment where every child feels welcome, valued, and supported. She encourages each child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development while fostering a lifelong love of learning. Yamini also believes that open and consistent communication with parents is essential. Building trust and strong relationships with families creates a supportive partnership that promotes each child’s growth, learning, and overall well-being.
