World Academy Alumni Association – A Non-Profit 501c3 Organization
The World Academy Alumni Association is a non-profit 501 c3 organization whose purpose is to support educational initiatives, provide Scholarships for current and prospective students, and award scholarships to Alumni to attend Post-secondary programs. With the intention to support World Academy’s mission for generations to come, the goal of our Board of Directors (composed of WA Alumni parent volunteers) is to provide opportunities through our tuition assistance scholarships to new students who wish to attend our school and who might never have the chance to attend otherwise. These deserving students enrich our school community in many ways, positively impacting the experience of all students. Our Association also provides annual scholarships to our alumni attending post-secondary institutions.
In 2024 we raised $35,000, providing scholarships for two new students and three alumni. 100% of the money raised at this year’s event will, again, fund WA Alumni Association’s scholarships for deserving students/alumni. Over the past 15 years, World Academy has awarded over three million dollars worth of assistance to help students who might not otherwise have been able to access all of the opportunities the school has to offer to them. Having successfully educated over 30,000 students over the last 42 years, the school continues to work to open its doors to as many students as possible, offering each an exceptional chance to thrive and flourish in our world and then to attain their future goals.
World Academy is committed to diversity, equity, quality, and accessibility in order to offer as many students as possible an exceptional education full of a ‘world of opportunities. We are proud of what World Academy has accomplished, and are focused on our own goals providing even more students with a well-rounded, enlightened journey toward their global futures.

“World Academy provided me with the skills to foster and appreciate really strong relationships, so I couldn’t be more thankful for my time here. We were taught discipline and hard work and the benefits of focus and staying dedicated to a project. The problem-solving and critical thinking skills I learned at World Academy prepared me for high school at Westford and beyond. I don’t know where I would be had I gone anywhere else.”
