Alumni Scholarships Now Open & Comedy Night Tickets Available
World Academy is proud to highlight two exciting opportunities from the World Academy Alumni Association: Alumni Scholarship applications are now open, and tickets are on sale for this year’s Comedy Night fundraiser.
The World Academy Alumni Association, an independent, non-profit 501(c)(3), is dedicated to supporting educational initiatives and providing scholarships to both current students and alumni pursuing post-secondary education. Their work helps expand access to a World Academy education and supports graduates as they take their next steps.
Alumni Scholarships are available to World Academy graduates who are:
- High school seniors in good standing
- Graduating in Spring 2026
- Planning to enroll in a vocational or academic program in Fall 2026.
- Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0
The Alumni Association’s annual Comedy Night fundraiser is a fun and impactful way to support these efforts. In 2025, the event raised $32,000, helping fund scholarships for both new students and alumni. This year, 100% of proceeds will once again go directly toward scholarship funding.
Over the past 15 years, more than $3 million in tuition assistance has been awarded, helping thousands of students access the opportunities World Academy provides.
