Summer Camp
World Academy is looking forward to welcoming campers for our 2023 Summer Camp! This year’s SummerQuest themes will include The Great Outdoors, A Splash of Color, Animal Planet, H2-O’Yeah!, and Crazy Concoctions, so there will be fun brewing, every day!! Throughout the summer, campers will have the opportunity to explore adventures such as field trips, geocaching, camping, examining ecosystems, joining in recreational activities and sports, as well as performing quirky and crazy science experiments, participating in games and contests while enjoying laughter, literacy, and fun with friends! Our amazingly creative staff is working diligently to develop crafts, cooking activities, and sports and games that will be dynamic enough to encourage your child to dive deep into each theme.
Specials related to our themes are: being able to interact with live animal exhibits and explore ecosystems during our Animal Planet activities; creating treasure maps and leaping through a fun-filled water field day during H2-O’Yeah; learning how to make crystal candy, exploding volcanoes, and many more amazing mixtures in psychedelic science activities during Crazy Concoctions; and uncovering hidden nature surprises in geocaching activities during The Great Outdoors! These and many more activities will wow your camper this summer!
We believe that camp should be an informal educational experience, devoted to learning, based on fun, play, and action in a safe, yet stimulating environment. Our programs for all ages nurture each child’s natural wonder of the world by providing a catalyst for creativity, imagination, and the freedom to explore and discover.

Starting in September, the classrooms begin their academic curricula with continuing with monthly themes. All programs provide individualized learning year-round in a safe and secure environment. The students in our Preschool Fours program are also offered some of our SummerQuest craft and onsite field trips, and the entering Kindergarten students will be offered the opportunity for swim lessons.
